Nou Ni Food, Inc. is a Brooklyn-based Haitian Pâté company founded by sisters Christine and Nadia. We are building a brand rooted in Haitian culture, community, and flavor — and we need a skilled, reliable baker to help us bring that vision to life in the kitchen.
As a Nou Ni Baker, you will be responsible for the hands-on production of our signature Haitian Pâté. This is a part-time, in-person role based in Brooklyn, NY. Your schedule will be built around your availability, but once set, we expect consistency and reliability each week.
Scheduling is flexible and organized based on your availability. Once a weekly schedule is established, we expect it to remain consistent. This is not a gig — we are building a steady working relationship with a reliable team member.

- Communicate proactively with the founders about supply needs, scheduling, or production issues

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Reliable, punctual, and communicative
- Comfortable working independently in a kitchen environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment safely
- NYC Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

We are a small, mission-driven company at an exciting moment of growth. You will not be a number here! You will be a core part of the team. We care deeply about the people who help us build this brand, and we are committed to creating a respectful, supportive, and culturally rich work environment.
- Work directly with the founders of a growing Haitian food brand
- Flexible schedule built around your life
- Be part of a community-rooted mission from the ground floor
- Opportunity to grow with the company as we scale
