Preheat oven to 350°F convection. Place on a parchment-lined sheet pan.

Bake for 32–38 minutes until deep golden brown and fully cooked through.

Rest 2 minutes. Serve immediately. No utensils required.
Frozen Fully Baked — Reheating Straight from Frozen

Do not thaw. Place frozen pâté directly on a parchment-lined sheet pan.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake straight from frozen.

Heat for 8–12 minutes until warmed all the way through.

Do not thaw fully baked pâté before reheating — thawing creates a dense, soggy pastry. Do not microwave. Do not exceed 400°F.
